Thank You and Goodbye, Ma'am Corrigan

04 March 2021

At the end of this school year we will be saying goodbye to a much loved member of the Caldicott family, Ma'am Corrigan. For five years she has been a brilliant and inspiring teacher at Caldicott, always going the extra mile to ensure the pastoral side of the school is sound, and for this we thank her. Head of PSHE and a Senior Form Tutor, she implemented many initiatives, most recently being the 'CaldiKind' challenge, which saw many boys carrying out touching acts of kindness in their community, as well as the 2021 'Express Yourself' community competition. She is moving on to an incredibly exciting Deputy Headship position at Locker's Park School in Hemel Hempstead; they are certainly lucky to have her, and from all of us at Caldicott, we wish her the best!

Ma'am Corrigan also has a message for Caldicott:

'Caldicott will forever be special to me. Our family arrived here five years ago not quite knowing what to expect and if I knew then what I know now, I would most certainly do it again. The community has welcomed us and been a real family to my girls. I am proud of what we have achieved here and no doubt it will only get better, thanks to the amazing staff. I count myself as very lucky to have worked in such a great school and wish staff, boys and their families all the best in the future.'
