Letters to Levana

06 December 2017

Caldicott has created a “Connecting Classroom” with Levana Public School in India as a way to form a partnership between the two schools.

A “Connecting Classroom” is a global education programme that aims to help young people learn about global issues and become responsible global citizens.

As part of the project, the 1st Form have written letters to their new friends in India and hope to receive responses from the students at Levana School next term.  A Skype conversation will also be on the cards, which the boys are very much looking forward to.

This is a fantastic way for the boys to learn about different cultures, traditions and find out more about the world.  The boys have been learning about India in their geography lessons and “Connecting Classrooms” will complement their studies and help them to increase their knowledge of the country.
