1st Form enjoyed a brilliant afternoon of theatre at the Wycombe Swan last week watching an adaptation of Michael Morpurgo's book “Running Wild”.
The production was visually stunning and featured incredible puppetry from puppeteers who also worked on the National Theatre production of Morpurgo's award winning “War Horse”. Whilst very entertaining, the play also highlighted the importance of preservation of endangered ecosystems and the evils of palm oil.
The boys enjoyed every minute of the action-packed production and below are a few of their comments.
"It was fantastic! I thought it was really good when the Tsunami came and the actors all moved in slow motion." Bhumi P
"I really liked the sound and lighting effects." Sebastian S
"I would really like to have a tour backstage next time and see all the puppets close up." Daniel B
