This week saw the launch of the Caldicott Lego League, a robotics competition aiming to develop STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) skills and prepare students for the First Lego League competitions. Our own in House competition mats were designed by 5th Former Gleb K and the 10 robots were built by a team of volunteers. The first challenge focuses on accurate navigation with a maximum of 250 points available from four tasks. A fantastic first week sees Toby F lead the way with 155 points earned after a lot of perseverance.
