This term, the Second Form are using ‘The Lion King’ as a stimulus for their art and drama work. Consequently, they were lucky enough to go and see the award-winning musical at the Lyceum Theatre yesterday. What’s more is that they were treated to the best seats in the house, with many of the boys being sat in the front row!
Prior to the show, we made the most of being in London and took the opportunity to show the boys Alex Chinneck’s ‘floating façade’ in the nearby Covent Garden. Many of the boys (and staff!) are still trying to figure out how it works.
