On Wednesday evening, a group of boys visited Eton to see Anthony Horowitz give a talk on his book and screen writing.
A Sangha writes:
Last night a group of boys, from the 5th and 6th Form travelled over to Eton to listen to one of the most prolific writers of this age, Anthony Horowitz. The talk was inspirational and it erupted with humour. For me, the most fascinating part of the talk was when Mr Horowitz said, “My grandma only did one generous thing in her life… she died!” And that he had danced on her grave with absolute pleasure! But joking aside, it was a fantastic talk and were taught some extremely useful techniques in writing.
