6th Form Geography Fieldwork

18 September 2015

On 17th of September, the 6th Form undertook the practical component of their Fieldwork Project which was to investigate the changes along the River Chess from source to confluence. This began with the boys formulating their hypotheses at the Amersham Field Centre and was followed with hands on investigation and evaluation of data collected at Chesham Moor (1.7km) from source and Scotsbridge Mill (17km further downstream). Boys then returned to the Amersham Field Centre to analyse and collate their results. They are currently typing up their projects at school, which will be sent to their prospective schools in due course.
